Rustic Edge FAQ

How does it fit?

True to size. Our female model is 5'4", 120lbs and wears a Small for a fitted look. Our male model is 6'0", 180lbs and wears a Large for a relaxed fit. When in doubt, check the size guide, we put actual measurements there because "medium" means twelve different things depending on who you ask.

What's this shirt actually made of?

4.5 oz ring-spun cotton, 100% cotton in the solid colors (heathers, Sport Grey and Antique colors are cotton-poly blends). Gildan Softstyle with a classic fit, twill-taped shoulders, a ribbed-knit collar that won't curl, no side seams, and a tear-away label. Light enough for a July shop day.

How long until it shows up?

Most orders arrive within 7 business days. Every shirt is printed when you order it—no warehouse shelf, no sitting in a box for six months. Made for you, then shipped. Printed and shipped in the USA. Tracking hits your inbox when it ships. Need to check status, fix a size, or cancel before it goes to print? Handle it yourself at orders.rusticedgeco.com.

Who's behind this?

A father-daughter operation, American-owned. No corporate parent. No investor decks. Just two people who think makers deserve shirts that don't fall apart and designs that actually get the joke.

Makers across garages, basements, and job sites wear Rustic Edge.

They'd rather build something than buy something. They see a blank wall and immediately imagine shelving. They know the best therapy involves sawdust. They've said "just one more quick project" at 11pm on a Tuesday. Their significant other has stopped asking, "Is that a new tool?"

They're not customers. They're the crew.

And if you're here, whether you've been building for decades or you just bought your first circular saw last weekend, you're one of us.

Now go get sawdust on something.
